Soooooo, I just turned 19 and a LOT has happened because of it!

On Saturday (the weekend before my birthday), me and my brother had a day out since he was leaving for Europe the day after. We stopped at an ice cream truck and got ourselves a sweet treat, we explored the World of Coka-Cola where we got to try all of the different drinks from around the world, we got dinner at a diner nearby, and finally we went home and played some Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with our little sister. 

On Sunday, we went to my grandparents’ house and had lunch and ice cream cake. Their gift for me was a shopping trip online or at any stores I wanted! I’m hoping that we get to do this during spring break ^__^

Since my birthday landed on a Monday, I still had to go to school :/ at least my sister let me play an Onyx Colony song on the drive home! 

We ordered Wendy’s and my sister bought me a cookie cake, and I tried to write song lyrics on it but I failed miserably… (it was the line “thoughts of renegade” from Memories of the Damned by Onyx Colony)

This weekend I’ll be going to Red Lobster with my dad and my stepmom, so I’m looking forward to that. I’ll probably update you guys on when that happens :P

And as for the animation, it’s my first IRIS one. I have posted an IRIS video in the past (it was a speedpaint lol), but never an animation. As an animator, I must be so lucky that there are Onyx Colony songs under and around a minute long! xD 

The song I used was Take This Night Away, and it’s their shortest song only being 46 seconds long! Animating Goliath was certainly a different experience, having to animate lip sync on a skull is something I think every animator should try at least once.
